AP Test Registration

2026-2027 ADVANCED PLACEMENT EXAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION

INFORMATION FOR ALL STUDENTS: It is the expectation at McClure Health Science High School that all students registered in an AP course take the AP exam.

REGISTRATION OPENS: September 25th, 2026

• Registration Portal: Students will register and pay for all AP exams using MyPaymentsPlus.com.

• First Exam Cost: All students will pay $15 for their first exam. GCPS will cover the remainder of the cost for the student's first exam.

• Free/Reduced Lunch: Students receiving Free/Reduced lunch will have all additional AP exam costs covered after the initial $15.

• Standard Additional Exam Cost: Students not receiving Free/Reduced lunch will pay $99 for each additional AP exam.

• One-Semester Courses: Students in a one-semester course (such as Economics or Government) should also register for the exam for the AP course they will take next semester.

• Deadline: Registration will close on Sunday, November 8, 2026.

Note: A fee of $40 will be assessed to any student who registers for an AP exam but does not take the exam (and does not meet specific College Board guidelines).
