Clinical Experiences

Each year, we are fortunate to have a number of community partners who graciously provide clinical experiences for our students. These partnerships, both on campus and off campus, are a vital part of our Health Science Programs and represent the heart of our mission at McClure Health Science High School. 

Students selected to participate in clinical experiences become ambassadors for our school and represent the future of health care within our community. We set high expectations for these students, and year after year, they rise to meet and often exceed those standards. 

Clinical experiences not only give students the opportunity to apply the skills they are learning in the classroom, but also allow them to grow in professionalism, communication, and confidence. Many discover new interests and potential career paths through these real-world opportunities. 

These experiences also serve as valuable pipeline opportunities, providing students with exposure to future employment, access to potential tuition assistance or health benefits, and a competitive edge when applying to colleges, jobs, or continuing their education. Our partnerships empower students to stand out, succeed, and lead in the healthcare field.
