Transcript Request Procedure

To request a transcript, please review the following information:

Current Students:

• GAFutures: Seniors may request for their transcript to be submitted electronically on www.GAFutures.org. Please note that your social security number must be on file at McClure Health Science High School in order for you to send your electronic transcript.

•  SchooLinks: Transcripts can be requested on your SchooLinks account located on your student portal page under "Additional Resources".

Alumni (Previous Graduates):

The Office of Student Records is now processing all transcript requests for previous graduates. Please click on this link to submit a Graduate Transcript Request.
