Transcript Request Procedure

To request a transcript, please review the following information:

Current Students:

• GAFutures: Seniors may request for their transcript to be submitted electronically on www.GAFutures.org. Please note that your social security number must be on file at McClure Health Science High School in order for you to send your electronic transcript.

•  SchooLinks: Transcripts can be requested on your SchooLinks account located on your student portal page under "Additional Resources".

Alumni (Previous Graduates):

To request a transcript, please review the following information:

GA Futures
Alumni may send electronic transcripts through www.gafutures.org, provided their records are linked in the system.

SchooLinks Alumni Account
After graduation, alumni received a welcome email with instructions sent to the personal email address associated with their alumni account.
To access SchooLinks:

• • Visit: https://app.schoolinks.com/login/member
  • Select the same SSO option used as a student (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Sign in using the personal email address referenced in the welcome email.
  • If you prefer to use an email and password, select Forgot Password and create a password using that personal email address.
  • In the left sidebar, select School → Record Requests.
  • From there, you can:
    • Download an unofficial transcript, or
    • Send an official transcript.
  • If this is your first transcript request, you will be asked to submit proof of identity so the school district can verify your information.

GCPS Office of Student Records
The Office of Student Records processes transcript requests for previous graduates. To submit a Graduate Transcript Request, visit: GCPS Office of Student Records
