Updating Information on ParentVUE

Below you will find instructions to update Phone Number or Home Address through ParentVUE.

Phone Number

If you need to update a phone numbers, please follow the steps below and update your information in ParentVUE:

Step 1: Open the ParentVUE app.

Step 2: From the app Homepage, tap on My Account.

Step 3: Tap on Phones.

Step 4: Tap the + icon to add a new phone number or the > icon to edit an existing phone number.

Home Address

If you have recently moved and need to update your child’s address, please follow the steps below to upload a new lease and update your information in ParentVUE:

Step 1: Log in to your ParentVUE account.

Step 2: Click on Online Registration (top right corner of the screen).

Step 3: Select GCPS Transfer (Current Student Registration).

Step 4: Follow all prompts and complete each required section.

Step 5: Upload your new lease and any other requested documentation when prompted.

Step 6: Submit the registration once all sections are completed.
