Upload Documents

Follow the instructions below to upload registration documents from your phone.

Need help logging into ParentVUE? Click this link for step-by-step directions.

Step 1: Log in to ParentVUE on your phone or on the web.

Step 2: From the ParentVUE app homepage, tap on the student you want to upload documents for.

Step 3: Go to the section labeled Documents.

Step 4: Click Upload Documents.

Step 5: Tap on Upload.

Step 6: Tap on Camera to take a  picture of a document to upload, or Library to upload an existing document or picture.

Step 7: Once a photo or document has been uploaded, tap on Attach:

Step 8: Enter a File Name for the document, and tap Ok. Remember to name files clearly: LastName_FirstName_DocType_MonthYear

Quick Scan Tips:

  •  Use your phone’s Notes (iPhone) or Google Drive scan (Android).
  • Lay the paper flat in good light and take a straight photo.
  • Save as PDF if possible.
  • Name files clearly: LastName_FirstName_DocType_MonthYear.pdf

Troubleshooting:

  • If file is too large: rescan or compress PDF.
  • If wrong format: use PDF/JPG/PNG.
  • If upload fails try another browser or mobile app.

  • Required documents include: a signed lease/mortgage statement and a recent utility bill (electric or water).
