Student Drop Off and Pick Up

Car Riders

Morning Drop Off

  • Students can be dropped off in the back of the building, enter from
    Steve Reynolds Blvd, starting at 6:20 am.

  • No student should be dropped off before 6:20 am due to safety and
    security reasons.

  • Follow the orange entrance line from Steve Reynolds Blvd on the map and begin to drop off at the red line where the sidewalks begin by the intramural field and building.

  • Exit your car as soon as you see the sidewalk in the back of the
    building.

  • Do not wait to drive up to the back door as this backs up traffic.

  • Do not drop off in the middle of the parking lot as this is not safe for
    students or drivers.

  • Do not move the cones as they are placed in the locations for the safety of all staff and students.

  • Follow the green line on the map to exit out onto Steve Reynolds Blvd.

Afternoon Pick Up

  • Afternoon pick-up begins at 1:52 pm.

  • Follow the orange entrance line from Steve Reynolds Blvd on the map.

  • The blue line is where afternoon pick-up will take place, which is on the side of the building.

  • Do not pick up students in the middle of the parking lot as this
    is not safe for students or drivers.

  • Do not park in parking spots to pick up your students.

  • Do not move the cones as they are placed in the locations for
    the safety of all staff and students.

  • Students must be picked up no later than 2:00 pm unless they
    are staying with a club or teacher for help sessions.

  • The latest time to pick up a student from a club or help session
    is 2:50 pm.

Car riders should enter and exit from Steve Reynolds Blvd. Follow signs to the car rider line.

Student Check In and Check Out

Parents and Guardians

  • Between 7:10 am and 1:15 pm, if you need to check in or check out
    your student, please enter in the Club Drive entrance and go to the front office.

  • Follow the red line on the map for where to enter and go to  the blue circle for the area to park (which is the lower parking deck).

  • Follow the orange line on the map to exit to Club Drive.

Afternoon Car Riders

  • At 1:00 pm, the back gate at Steve Reynolds Blvd will open up for car riders. Please do not block any student or staff driver needing to leave campus early.

After-School Events Pick Up Plan

Families, please remember that students must be picked up within 15–30 minutes after an event concludes. Late pickups may result in students losing the privilege to participate in future after-school activities.

To keep dismissal safe and efficient during after-school events (such as Pink Out, Hispanic Heritage Festival, International Night, Black History Month Cookout, etc.) , please review our pick-up plan and traffic flow map before you arrive.
